Payment Policy

Credit card details are required to secure reservations.

All accounts are payable on arrival. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
I agree to pay a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount of the booking to Aldan Lodge Motel if I cancel with less than 2 days (i.e. 48 hours) notification prior to the 2pm check-in. Non-group bookings cancelled outside of the 48 hours may cancel free of charge unless the actual booking had special conditions such as non-refundable bookings sold at a discounted rate on the day of sale.

No shows incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% as the motel was not afforded the opportunity to resell the room to someone else.

Group Bookings Cancellation Policy below:

GROUPS BOOKED OUTSIDE 30 DAYS - are required to cancel no less than 30 day prior to arrival . If cancellation occurs within the 30 days a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation will be charged for the whole group.; 30-14 days, 2 rooms can be cancelled without penalty.
GROUPS BOOKED INSIDE 30 DAYS are required to cancel no less than 14 days prior to arrival . If cancellation occurs within the 14 days a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation will be charged for the whole group.; 14-0 days, 2 rooms can be cancelled without penalty.
GROUPS WHO BOOK AND CANCEL INSIDE 14 DAYS will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% for the first night's accommodation.;
No shows incur a cancellation fee equal to 100%

Child Policy

Children under 2 years of age stay free, unless a separate bed or a cot is required.

Check In Policy

Checkin is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Checkout is 10am on the day of departure.
Early checkin and /or checkout is by arrangement.

Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
